Returns & Refunds

At Kingsbury, we work exclusively with partners who offer distinguished, often handcrafted collections. Many of our items are made to order to meet your specific preferences. As such, custom-made or made-to-order products are non-refundable and cannot be returned, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

For eligible items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued once the return is inspected and approved.
